  • These designs are only available framed within Australia.
  • Printed and framed in Australia using archival inks and fine art papers.
  • All artworks start out as painted watercolour originals, and these prints retain much of the depth and detail of the original painting.
  • All framed artworks are made to order and take 10-14 days to complete

       

UNFRAMED PRINT DETAILS:


  • Unframed print images are sized to suit most standard frame and/or mat openings. Please refer to the FAQ section for a full explanation on paper sizes vs image size
  • Acid free, 300gsm textured watercolour paper is used for all prints, which maintains as much detail and depth of the original watercolour paintings as possible.
  • Ink is high-density, archival pigment ink.
  • Print comes unframed (unless a frame options is chosen), without the watermark shown.

FRAME SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Frames are professional grade kiln dried timber - we only use the best materials available.
  • We have a stunning range of frames to choose from, to compliment your new artwork. Choose from our signature Faux Bamboo frames in Black, Brown, Gold, Champagne Silver, or White. Or for something more streamlined, we also have our timber frames in Black and White.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:


  • Most orders for unframed prints are shipped next business day – every print is made to order, just for you! However, during busy periods (during sales, and Holiday periods) this may change so please keep this in mind if you need your print by a particular date. If you need expedited delivery, your best option is to choose Express Post at checkout.
  • If you opt for Free Regular Shipping, unframed prints will be sent by Australia Post. Please note that tracking is often not provided by Australia Post for this shipping service, so if you require tracking, please opt for Express Post.
  • Framed artwork is all made to order, and takes 7-10 days to make. From there, we ship via courier to your door, and full tracking is provided.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t provide exact delivery times except for Express Post, which is next-day delivery to most metropolitan areas within the Express Post network. Please note that Covid-19 has affected Express Post delivery times - you can find the most up-todate info on the Australia Post website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


  • We want you to love your new artwork, and hope that you’re completely satisfied with your purchases. We aim to clearly state the size and colours of each print, and include as much information as possible to help you choose the right piece for you. If you're not sure if the size or colour is right, or you need information on the right frame for your artwork, you can check out our SIZE GUIDE. Otherwise feel free to contact us before you make your purchase and we'd be happy to help you wherever we can.
  • Unframed prints will only be accepted for exchange due to change of mind under strict conditions, as the fragile and custom nature of our prints means that we can only exchange prints in pristine condition. For full details of our exchange policy, please head to our Returns & Exchanges page.

HOW TO HANG YOUR PRINT


  • If you’ve chosen a framed print, your artwork will come with all the hardware attached to the back, ready to hang. We suggest a professional picture hanger for best results, however you can DIY if you choose – it’s totally up to you. Just make sure you display your artwork out of direct sunlight to keep it looking great for many years to come.
