FAULTS AND DAMAGES
Our products are made with the utmost care and attention to detail, and are thoroughly checked before packing and sending. All of our unframed prints are securely packaged, and posted in either a sturdy flat mailer or a cardboard mailing tube. They're also protected with cello wrap or sleeves to make sure they get you in perfect condition. Framed prints are packed securely and shipped via courier. However, accidents and discrepancies can occur. If that’s the case, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately and we’ll arrange to replace any damaged prints for you.
To resolve any issues quickly, PLEASE OPEN YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY TO CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES. You must report any damaged orders to us within 24 hours of receiving the artwork. NOTE: no repairs / replacements of damaged artworks will be offered if you fail to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods (as our insurance is null & void after 24 hours).
EXCHANGES
We want you to love your new artwork, and hope that you’re completely satisfied with your purchases. We aim to clearly state the size and colours of each print, and include as much information as possible to help you choose the right piece for you. If you're not sure if the size or colour is right, or you need information on the right frame for your artwork, you can check out our SIZE GUIDE. Otherwise feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to help you wherever we can.
Items will only be accepted for exchange due to change of mind under the following conditions:
- The prints to be exchanged are standard unframed prints as shown on our website. All orders for custom sizes, colours or designs, and framed artwork are final and no exchange or returns are given.
- The item is unused, unmarked and in brand new condition with original packaging (cello sleeve, foam core packaging and/or carboard mailing tube) intact. We take great pride in our artwork and only sell pristine items, so if they are returned damaged in any way they are not sellable, and therefore not able to be exchanged. If you are not sure if the colours you see in a print are exactly what you want, ask for more photos. Or if you're unsure about the right size for your frame, or room, contact us before purchase and we'll help you choose the perfect print.
- You contact us within 24 hours of the receipt date, and the item is returned within 7 days of the receipt date.
- The shipping cost to return change-of-mind exchanges is your responsibility, as is the shipping of replacement prints. Credit for the returned prints excludes initial shipping fees. Once we've received your return, we'll contact you with confirmation and details of the amount of credit you have towards your new items.
- Returns must be sent by Express or Registered Post to ensure the safe return of prints. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned prints, so you'll need to return using a shipping method that provides tracking. Regular post does not provide this in all cases and particularly during Covid-19, delays and lost parcels are common.
- Please note: prints may be exchanged however we do not refund for change of mind. We do not refund any difference in price if you choose to exchange for lower priced items, so please choose item(s) of an equal or greater value for exchange.
Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to. Exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns received damaged, or sent without an Return Authority Code (RAC) will be refused and marked return to sender.
How to make a return for exchange.
- Check that you meet all the conditions above.
- Email us to get a Return Authority Code (RAC).
- Choose the new item/s, which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.
- Return the item/s to be exchanged, mark the RAC on the package and post to:
