Shipping policy

All of our prints are carefully packaged in a cello sleeve, and shipped in a sturdy flat mailer. We're proud to say that most orders are shipped within 24 hours, although this may not be possible during busy periods so please bear this in mind. We try to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition and we take care to pack carefully and securely. Larger sizes may also be shipped rolled in a mailing tube – we’ve found this to be the safest option.

Delivery times may vary, depending upon location and can change without notice, e.g. during Christmas and holiday seasons. But here are some general guidelines:

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. You also have the option of Express Post (next business day to most metropolitan areas). Please choose which option you prefer at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 working days for Australian orders via regular post.

Express post orders are delivered next business day to metro areas within the Express Post network. Please see this document for more information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery times will vary depending on location and shipping method, but you should expect:

Regular international post in around 20 business days (sometimes longer during holiday periods),
Registered Post International in around 7-10 business days.
Please be aware that each country has its own rules regarding customs/duties/taxes, and these charges are not covered by Driftwood Interiors. If you’re unsure whether these apply, please check with your local postal service prior to placing your order.

It can take up to 30 business days for international orders to arrive, depending on location and shipping method chosen. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order does not arrive within this timeframe and we'll look into it for you. However, please note that regular international post does not provide any tracking information, and we are unable to track international orders shipped using this method. As such, we cannot refund or replace missing shipments sent this way. We highly recommend Registered Post International, which means your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please note that regular shipping does not include tracking. If you require tracking and/or insurance, please choose either our express post (Australian customers) or registered post international (customers outside of Australia) options at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING*

Free shipping on Australian orders over $100 (and international orders over $200*) applies to standard print sizes and designs only, as shown on the website. Custom orders not included.

*In some areas (United Arab Emirates, South Africa and South America), only Registered Post International is available - no regular shipping applies and as such, all orders in these areas attract shipping costs.
